Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Candy4Less processes and ships orders within 1–3 business days (up to 72 hours) after the order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate.


Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and the destination.

Shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Candy4Less is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout


Heat Sensitive Products

Many candy products, particularly chocolate and other temperature-sensitive items, may melt during transit in warm weather.

To help reduce the risk of melting, Candy4Less offers optional ice pack add-ons during checkout.

Recommended Ice Pack Protection

We recommend adding one ice pack for every 2 lb of chocolate items in your order.

Ice pack pricing:

  • Ice pack for 2 lb: $1.99

  • Ice pack for 4 lb: $3.98

  • Ice pack for 6 lb: $5.97

Ice packs help keep products cool during shipping but cannot guarantee that items will not melt, especially during extreme temperatures or extended transit times.


Summer / Heat Advisory

During warmer months, shipping conditions may increase the risk of melting for certain products.

Customers ordering heat-sensitive items should consider:

  • Adding recommended ice packs

  • Selecting faster shipping options

  • Monitoring shipment tracking to retrieve packages promptly upon delivery

Candy4Less is not responsible for melted products if appropriate shipping precautions were not selected.


Shipping Delays

Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates only.

Candy4Less is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off for delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees

  • Candy4Less cannot guarantee delivery


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged items or packaging

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
